Course Description
Branding Systems (ARTC 3304) focuses on creating and applying integrated brand communication systems. Consequently, students would research and develop comprehensive brand identities, typographic elements, brand identity elements, advertising, guerrilla advertising, and an array of layout designs for print and digital media.
Goal course
Genaro’s goal for the ARTC 3304 course has been to teach how to conduct research, create a brand voice, develop a strategy, and explore big ideas. But, equally important, he teaches his students the process of implementation and possible production methodologies of different touchpoints in a cohesive branding system.
The Branding Systems work of his students has been constantly published and honored in different leading design publications and competitions such as Graphis New Talent and American Advertising Federation.
